Lockdown Nature 7: Greenfinch

It’s spring, and many male birds are looking particularly colourful as they’re in their breeding plumage. Today’s learning through laughter, rhythm and rhyme nature video is about a male Greenfinch in its breeding plumage.

I’d love to see your performance of the poem in this video! Share it on Twitter @theBigBuzzNews, on facebook or email it to me (theBigBuzz@gmail.com).

What birds are you seeing in their breeding plumage where you are? You can record your bird sightings as part of the BTO’s Garden BirdWatch project (which is currently free to join!)

Watch more of my learning through laughter, rhythm and rhyme lockdown nature videos, about the birds and the minibeasts you might be seeing where you are, here.
